Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding the reach and impact of our art studio. This exciting position doesn’t require social media ads knowledge or SEO expertise but focuses on leveraging your skills to increase footfall for both B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients and partners through targeted outreach strategies. Utilize various channels such as email, phone calls, and networking to establish connections.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, schools, community organizations, and individuals who could benefit from our art studio services. Tailor communication to address specific needs and showcase the unique value proposition of our studio.
Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase the creativity and talent emanating from our art studio. Collaborate with local businesses and influencers to maximise event attendance.
Collaboration with Local Businesses: Forge partnerships with local businesses and organizations to cross-promote services and offerings, creating mutually beneficial arrangements that enhance footfall for both parties.
Data Analysis: Track and analyze lead generation metrics to assess the effectiveness of various strategies. Use data insights to optimize and refine approaches for better result
Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage and retain customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience with our art studio. Foster a sense of community and loyalty among existing clientele.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics. Use this information to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in the competitive art studio landscape.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday,Salary Scale: INR 10,000–12,000

Art Teachers

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as an Art Teacher or Assistant Art Teacher, both on a full-time and part-time basis. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about art and education, and who are committed to providing a supportive and engaging learning environment for our students.

1. Position: Art Teacher

(Hired)

As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering art lessons for students of all ages and abilities. You will work with students to develop their artistic skills and creativity, and will inspire them to explore and experiment with different art forms and techniques. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Education, or a related field. Fresher can also apply for this post. You should have a deep understanding of Elements, principle, art history and contemporary art practices, and be able to create an inclusive and welcoming learning environment for all students.

Mandatory Requirement:

Should have Fine Arts Degree / Diploma in related felid.
Good understanding of Art Elements, Principles, Art history & Contemporary art.
Should be able work at our studio for 1Year.
Freshers can apply

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 12:00 am to 7:30 pm
Salary Scale: INR 13,000 – INR 18,000

2. Position: Asst. Art Teacher (Part Time)

As an Assistant Art Teacher, you will support the Art Teacher in delivering art lessons to students of all ages. You will assist with lesson planning and preparation and provide support and guidance to students during art activities. The ideal candidate for this position should have some prior experience working with children and a passion for art education. A degree in Fine Arts or Education is preferred, but not required.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Salary Scale: INR 8,000 – 12,000
