1. Position: Art Teacher (Part Time)

We’re Hiring: Part-Time Art Teacher – HSR Layout, Bangalore

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Art Teacher to inspire and guide our students—children and/or adults—through their creative journeys.

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Holds a degree or diploma in Fine Arts or a related field
✅ Resides in or near HSR Layout (preferred for easy commute)
✅ Loves working with children and/or adults in a creative learning environment
✅ Skilled in painting, sketching, and/or traditional Indian art forms

📅 Job Type: Part-Time

🕒 Timings: Monday to Saturday, 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM
₹ Salary: 12,000 – 15,000/-  (Based on Knowledge & Experience)

2. Growth & Business Development Executive (Full-Time)

We’re Hiring: Growth & Business Development Executive – HSR Layout, Bangalore

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Growth & Business Development Executive to help BrainArt Studio reach more students and build meaningful partnerships.

Role Overview

✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
✅ Confident and comfortable meeting new people
✅ Proactive, energetic and target-oriented
✅ Comfortable with local field visits and outreach
✅ Inspire students to explore careers in design
✅Experience in business development, sales, admissions, education or community outreach is preferred
✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership

📅Job Type: Full-Time
This is not a social media marketing role.

What You Will Do

  1. Build partnerships with schools, communities and organisations
  2. Identify new business and growth opportunities
  3. Generate and follow up on potential leads
  4. Support trial class conversions and student admissions
  5. Build strong relationships with parents and partners
  6. Explore workshops, events and outreach opportunities
  7. Preferred: Candidates located close to HSR Layout

Qualification: Graduate preferred. Candidates with relevant experience and strong communication skills will also be considered.
