You’ve most likely heard the phrase, read the fine print. But do you ever read the terms and conditions? If you’re enrolling in a course or workshop, you should, and here’s why: conditions of enrolment outline exactly what is and isn’t included in your course or workshop. They include important information such as cancellation and refund policies, grade policy and how exams are taken, to name just a few. Take some time to read through the conditions of enrolment before completing your enrollment so that you know exactly what you are signing up for!

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Workshop

BrainArt reserve the right to amend any class, tutor or schedule. In such circumstances, we will provide a substitute of equal standing. Should a workshop have to be cancelled due to insufficient enrolment, we will contact the student / Parent for alternative class or refund.

Refund, cancellation and transfer policy for Term Art Courses

The following is the policy related to terms course at BrainArt

No Refunds

NO refunds, transfers, or credits once the class has commenced for terms / regular art courses / classes.

Transfer for workshop / Event

If you have enrolled in a weekend  / weekday workshop that you cannot attend, you may transfer your enrolment to someone else. Please let us know 24hrs  prior to the workshop.

Payment of Fees

Art Materials

During the admission for regular Art classes we Provide Art material kit along with Registration fees INR 1200/- for all age groups. Once the material or materials are over Students are required to supply their own art materials. They can purchase from us or from any store. Teacher will guide students / Parents on relevant art material and brand that you can purchase.

Workshop and short courses: Materials are supplied and included in the fee all offline workshop. This is not applicable for online workshop or course. Students should procure their own materials for classes.

Photography for Promotion & Marketing Purpose

Time to time we take photos during class of students and artworks. During the admission we provide registration form which asks for consent from parent if we can photograph the work, please tick appropriate answer for same. 

Student conduct

BrainArt is shared space and we expect students to respect fellow artists, artwork and property. Discrimination on the grounds of a person’s age, race sex, gender, sexuality, marital status, physical or intellectual disability, or religion will not be tolerated. Students deemed to be exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may be removed, suspended or expelled from the class. It should also be noted that cleaning of your art space after class is a shared responsibility.

Punctuality

Students are requested to be punctual for class. Children should be escorted to and from the art school by a parent or guardian.

Health & Safety

If you have an existing medical condition, allergy or disability that may affect your participation in a class, you should notify us. The same is mentioned in the enrolment form.

Privacy Policies

BrainArt will not be disclosed outside the company without your express consent, except where required by law. We do not retain / store any credit card information that you may provide or used during the payment. You can read detailed privacy & policies of the company.
