Offline and online art classes

At BrainArt, we believe that every child is an artist. That’s why we offer a variety of art classes for kids aged 5-7, both online and offline. Whether your child prefers the convenience of online learning or the experience of in-person classes, we have something for everyone. Visual Art is important for children. Art & craft develop’s there fine motor skills in conjunction with cognitive thinking & expression. Its a way for them to connect, identify and construct their cultural identities. Visual Arts encourages learning and activities that relate to there interests and experiences. Which further encourages their development and participation Art.

This age group loves the process of creating more than a final product. They enjoy the experiment with various colors and media. They use these tools to express their feelings and idea while honing basic skills. Our online art class topics and lesson plans are design to help children understand the elements of Art & techniques. These activities will help developing problem-solving skills. And also help kids with eye-hand coordination while working with Art materials.

In our art classes, kids will learn new techniques, experiment with various materials and mediums, and develop their own unique style. We provide a supportive environment where children can explore their creativity and express themselves through their art. With our offline art classes at our studio in HSR Layout, children can experience the joy of in-person art learning. Our studio is equipped with all the necessary materials and tools to help children unleash their creativity and express themselves through their art.

What lessons are include

Learning how to appreciate art enables children to critically analyse art, forms & culture. All it takes to understand the art is by just looking at it. They should learn how to appreciate art which is necessary cultural foundation. This enables children to critically analyse art, forms & how cultures used art. In this online art classes, children will learn:

Painting techniques & mediums - we will cover color pencil, oil pastels, poster, water & acrylic colors and their properties. Introduction to clay & paper mache. Curriculum is curated to cover Artist, Art movement & Art history. Enabling to view art throughout the history. Focus on cultures, people & how art develop in specific periods. It is difficult to understand art without knowing culture, use of materials & sense of beauty.
Art & Origami - Children will learn different kinds of effects various art materials. They will do art experiments. Sensory activities like creating texture using salt. Origami craft & paper cutting and folding craft activity for fine and gross motor skills.
Shapes, patterns and sensory activities - For this age group our art activities includes - sensory art like finger painting. They learn about shapes & patterns. Organic and non organic shapes. How to create patterns. Craft activity using patterns and shapes children learnt.
Color theory, patterns & craft - Children will learn and discuss about various artist & their work related to color theory. Robert Delaunay , Mary Cassatt - Alice in wonderland inspired Stacked tea cups. Understand primary to secondary colors, compositions, proportions, color schemes and many fundamental aspects of Art.
Indian Art History & culture - is part of our online art class curriculum. Children will learn and discuss various forms of Indian art, tribal and folk art.
Western artist & Art history - Children will learn various western artist & their art forms. Understand element of art and concepts like background, middle ground & foreground.
